V MAGAZINE (ISSUE 38) RELEASE PARTY
Last night we performed for the V Magazine (issue 38) release party, hosted by The MisShapes (Geordon Nicol, Greg K., Leigh Lezark) at Luke and Leroy. Guest Djs: Gemma Ward (supermodel), The Sounds, and Benjamin Cho. Notable faces in the crowd: Stephen Gan (founder of V magazine), Michael Stipe (R.E.M. vocalist), and James Iha (Smashing Pumpkins guitarist). This party also served as the Dangerous Muse unofficial release party. Gift bags, provided by Sire and Warner Brothers Records included: Dangerous Muse's "The Rejection" single, Madonna's "Confessions On a Dance Floor," Depeche Mode's "Playing the Angel," HIM "Dark Light," and Regina Spektor's "Soviet Kitsch."
